Empowering Beauty is a self-care program that takes an accessible, strength-based approach to promote mental wellness. This series of makeup lessons is thoughtfully designed for individuals on their mental health recovery journey, fostering confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Through hands-on activities and gentle guidance, participants will explore beauty and self-care practices
that support self-expression, routine-building, and emotional well-being, all in a safe and inclusive space. No experience required. All activities are optional, trauma-informed, and adaptable to different comfort levels, cultures, and personal styles. Come as you are, curiosity is enough.
