Where to start; appreciated all the information on virtual and how to use MS TEAMS and Zoom, Ice Breakers, scenarios on challenging dynamics in a group setting etc... everything was relevant and useful. It was more than I expected. Best training I have taken in a long time

This expanded my perspective about group planning and all the considerations. It was very useful to apply the knowledge of the facilitator role in the group scenarios. I liked thinking about over and under facilitating.
