Who Am I explores the “I” in CHIME: Identity. Having a strong, positive sense of identity supports recovery by helping to overcome stigma and boost self-esteem. Guided discussions, thought-provoking questions, and structured activities like quizzes, self-evaluations, and questionnaires will help guide the way.

Members can explore their inner selves, uncovering their strengths, values, and personal truths, while also gaining insight into challenges and opportunities for growth. Your personal journey of self-discovery starts now!
