Through supportive discussions and guided exercises, we aim to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and healthier coping mechanisms. Join us as we embark on a journey of understanding, growth, and empowerment in managing our emotional well-being together.
Topics include: PTSD/Trauma, Mindfulness, Grounding, Mind/Body Connection, Triggers and Safety.
