The LivingWorks ASIST Experience
LivingWorks ASIST Version 12 is a two-day, face-to-face workshop featuring engaging discussions, audiovisuals, and simulations that build the confidence and skills to intervene with someone at risk of suicide.
At a LivingWorks ASIST workshop, you'll learn to recognize signs of suicide, provide a skilled intervention, and develop a collaborative safety plan to help keep someone safe. Version 12 introduces enhanced, evidence-based content informed by the latest research and best practices, while creating greater opportunities for cultural reflection and community engagement.

This workshop is designed for everyone. There are no prerequisites or professional qualifications required. All are welcome. ASIST is designed to be "First Aid" for suicide prevention.
