This interactive virtual session will help participants recognize the signs, symptoms, and effects of stress, while introducing practical tools to reduce its impact. The session will explore the AAAbcs of Stress Management, mindfulness as a coping strategy, and grounding techniques that can be added to a personal coping toolbox.
