This two part, 8 hour webinar provides a foundational understanding of group work and the basic skills required to facilitate groups. The content is delivered in a highly interactive and experiential way using small and large group discussions.

  • stages of group development 
  • Roles and tasks of facilitators
  • Group facilitation skills and managing challenging group situations. 
  • There will also be a special focus on remote/virtual groups in this course.
